Permanent Make Up Conference with Teresa Wild Permanent Cosmetics
Today was day one of a 3-day Permanent Make-up Conference with around 50 other permanent makeup artists. It was at The Arora Hotel, Gatwick, only 15 minutes from where I live, which is so handy as often these conferences are abroad!
The first speaker was Will Anthony showing his smokey eyelash enhancement. A quick but striking technique to enhance the eyes and add definition with a smokey effect. Beautiful!
This was followed up by Rita Romo who has an architectural background, which can be seen by the way she approached her hair stroke brows. A really succinct and professional presentation on microblading, with a set of brows to match.
After lunch came Claire Hobson with her Ombre brows; a really neat presentation and demonstration introducing this technique which hasn’t been around for much more than a year.
To top the day off, came an incredibly informative and interesting presentation and demonstration on Tattoo Removal by the lovely Linda Paradis, a system of removal with is pain-free and safe.
